Candace & Drew - A Florence, KY Wedding
Take a peek at this gorgeous blue and yellow Florence, KY wedding, shot by Shelby Street Photography.
Words from the bride:
"It all started in March 2009, while I was sitting in my Health for Education Majors class, when a good friend, Brittany Clark, text me telling me there was a guy I just had to meet. However, a few weeks went by and I never met him. I was slightly disappointed. But, in April 2009, Candace and her group of friends planned an extravagant 80's night. Brittany and Patrick invited their friend Drew Clayton (the same guy that Candace just HAD to meet). We spent the night skating at the local skating rink and bowling (dressed in full 80's wear, of course).
Drew was told there was a girl in the group whom he should meet, but was never introduced to her. After hanging out, Candace was disappointed that Drew had never approached her so they could officially meet, and Drew was disappointed that he never met that "perfect girl for him."
However, Drew hoped that Candace was the girl that his friend had picked out for him. The next day, Drew asked Patrick which girl he was supposed to meet. When he found out it was Candace, he immediately asked for her phone number and made plans with her! After dating a year and a half, Drew proposed with a dessert menu at Montgomery Inn. It was perfect!"
