To be considered for publication in Kentucky Bride, the event must have taken place in the Commonwealth of Kentucky OR you must be a couple that has roots in Kentucky, but had a destination wedding or event. If your submission does not meet this criteria, but has relevance to our publication, please explain in the description portion of the submission form.
We are always looking for beautiful photos and we will consider all forms of wedding inspiration. Submit your bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, engagement photos, destination engagements and weddings, and of course your wedding images! Styled shoots are also considered.
What makes a submission great? Details. Our publication is meant to inspire brides and grooms who are planning their weddings. They want to see your unique ideas, color schemes, venue choices, menus, calligraphy, invitations, etc.
Photos must be at least 900 pixels wide. Please provide us with a link to view the images you are submitting. Please submit at least 100 photos. If there are any special passwords to access the gallery, please include those as well. Please do not submit blog posts.
If you are submitting on behalf of your photographer, we must have written permission from the photographer/photographers to publish either on the blog or in print.
If your submission is chosen for either print or blog, we'll require additional information about the event from the parties involved.
Please note that we do not publish content that has already been published on other blogs or magazines. Please inform us if you have submitted this wedding elsewhere.
Due to the high number of submissions it can up to three weeks for us to respond. If you haven’t heard back from us and it’s been more than three weeks since you submitted or if you have any questions, please contact us and we'll be more than happy to respond.
