Bailey + William's Indiana Wedding

From the start, the couple dreamed of a wedding day that felt deeply personal—one centered on love, intention, and the people who mean the most. With just 130 of their closest friends and family gathered to celebrate, their day unfolded with a sense of ease, nostalgia, and genuine joy.

The morning began in the sweetest way at a quaint Airbnb in New Albany, where the couple and their loved ones spent the early hours getting ready. The cozy setting created an atmosphere that felt both relaxed and meaningful—an unhurried start to a day they would never forget.

As guests arrived, they were greeted with a beautifully styled charcuterie table, a thoughtful touch that quickly became a favorite. The couple also added a bit of personality behind the bar with signature cocktails—an Aperol spritz and a Moscow mule—perfectly reflecting their individual tastes.

Reception details were simple yet incredibly intentional. Each table featured its own unique floral arrangement, something the bride held especially close to her heart. For dinner, they chose to serve BBQ from a favorite local spot, adding a comforting and familiar element to the evening that guests truly loved. The couple chose a classic vanilla wedding cake with buttercream icing—timeless, elegant, and loved by all.

Their first dance to “Banks (Campfire Version)” by NEEDTOBREATHE created a quiet, romantic moment—one that perfectly captured the emotion of the day.

Rather than leaning into a more formal or glamorous aesthetic, the couple focused on what felt right for them. The result was a day that was heartfelt, inviting, and a true reflection of their story.

Bride’s Advice:
“It’s easy to get overwhelmed by expectations,” they share. “Stay grounded and remain confident in the decisions you make together. It’s your day—embrace this season and everything it holds.”
