Formal Winter Wedding

Leah and Brian's wedding is perfect inspiration for your formal winter wedding!

From the bride: I’ve always loved the winter season and have dreamed of a snowy, classic wedding. God certainly smiled on us with light snow a few days before the wedding and freezing 5-degree temperatures to keep the snow around for wedding day. We chose a neutral winter palette of charcoal gray for the bridesmaids, with accents of deep raspberry and silver. Our photographer, Christy is like a big sister to me and has been a part of my life since I was born. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else behind that lens to document my wedding. Family means so much to us, and it was so very special to be surrounded and supported by those we love. We partnered our strawberry flavored wedding cake with s'mores pops, turtle cheesecake shooters and my personal favorite Kentucky sweet treat, Bourbon Balls! My advice to brides planning their wedding is to make the effort to include those you love in some aspect of the day. Whether their role was big or small, I'll forever remember their help and the moments we shared.
